PepsiCo challenged us to create a film encouraging employees with disabilities to disclose their status, helping the company build more inclusive workplaces. To tackle the stigma surrounding disclosure, we crafted a human-centric documentary featuring Dustin Maynard, a deaf Supply Chain Planning Associate whose resilience and energy brought the message to life. His story embodied the courage to “raise a hand” and inspired real change within the organization.
